Questions from Dar es Salaam, Secondary School

09. Looking back and thinking ahead

Asked by: Dar es Salaam Secondary School | Gimnazija Ptuj

a) Imagine it would be possible to turn back the clock a hundred years. What do you think we would do differently?

b) We are naturally not able to turn the clock back, but we can learn from the past. What kind of information does the past reveal?

a)

I think that we would not make a lot of changes, because people still think that everything is OK and it is something normal what is happening at the moment. Just to turn the clock back and repair all the things would be great - if we could do that - but it is not possible. At the moment we need changes, not just image things.
