1. We asked our parents, guardians and even our public bus conductors famously known as Daladala about what they know about climate change and this is what they said:

 

Parents and Guardians: Climate Change is just the change in climate such as temperature,rainfall, drought and other climatic changes.

Public Bus Conductors: For them they said they have no idea about climate change.

 

2. On the possible consequesnces for out country, there will be negative and positive consequences as follows:

Negative consequences

-Decline in agriculture production due to drought

-Global warming

-Eruption of diseases like cholera,typhoid especially when floods occur

-Hunger and famine during drought and flood events

-Destructions of properties like houses, roads during floods

Positive consequences

-Increase national income when tourist come to visit Mt.Kilimanjaro which attracts many tourists

a) Anger- because climate change cause increase of temperature, melting of ice and rising of sea leveel that might cause a lot of deaths.

Responsibility- I think the the governement is responsible to make good policies that will stop what causes climate change and it is our responsibility to protect and conserve the environment.

Hope- this is due to various efforts that are being done like climate change conferences in which our president also attends, it is our hope that the pomises made in these conferenc are fulfilled.

b) The emotion that we feel most strongly is RESPONSIBILITY beacuse an increase of temeperature and rainfall will abandon farming activities then we are responsible to stop this.

I would argue the world to stop cutting down trees and instead plant more trees, develop agricultural practices that preserve the environment and natural resources and control poisonous and harmful industrial chemicals that are used in agriculture and control radioactive wastes.

a)things I would differently will include

-giving people education about climate change and environmental issues.

-encourage planting of trees

-make strong laws that will punish people that destruct the environment

-stop the cuting of trees for the purpose of getting charcoal and firewood

-encourage people to grow crops that are grought resistant

-stop people that are practicing monoculture and shifting cultivation

b)The past information reveal the following

-Climate change began about 100 years ago and since then the temperature has been increasing.

a) Things we enjoy doing are:

-studying,praying,playing games,charting with friends,singing and worshiping God and talking with my parents.

 

b) We study and pray everyday but playing games when we have time. We are not able to do them all the time because of

-lack of eneough time

-need to support my parents and friends in other tasks

a) A place we like to live is home (Tanzania), Tanzania a country came into existense after united with Zanzibar in 26th April 1964. It is found in East Africa.

 

b) The famous person in our country is Dr. Asha Rose Migiro Under Secretary General of United Nations beacuse:

- she is a very strong woman

- very concerned with development of our country and Africa

-she has contributed to construction of social services like hospitals,schools in Tanzania

-she can stand out of many people and speak
