employee from the cafeteria: " Yes it exists (hahaha) that means that we have less chicken sandwiches! Piranhas are coming. Less water --> the lake becomes bigger"
our comment: his answers aren't serious and they don't make sense. =)
2.person
Cook from the cafeteria: " We have to think about what we do. The consequences are that the glaciers melts."
our comment: these are important facts in our country
3.person
Student from our class: " The politicians have to talk less and to react more and faster. The glaciers are melting."
our comment: to react is the most important thing!
4.person
Woman from the administration: " Polar bears are in danger of extinction! grapes are riping earlier."
our comment: many animals are in danger of extinction!
5.person
mother of a student: "A lot has changed since my childhood. The weather changed. Summers are shorter but hotter."
our comment: a few days in summer are too hot and the next day it could be cold.
6.person
mother of another student: " Maybe it's just too late to react. Agriculture has bad earnings 'cause the rain is falling harder and destroys our plants."
our comment: Maybe food is becoming scarce.
7.person
sister of a student: " it's very sad. everybody has to pitch in. The consequences are that there will be more sickness.
our comment: Why more sickness?
8.person
student: " Everybody has to start on his own. we don't have to look at what others are doing! "
our comment: this is true!
9.person
student:" We mustn't think that we can't do anything because we're a little country. A lot of people think that just people in the USA can change something."
our comment: the organisation in a little country is much easier than in big countries. So in Switzerland it should be easier getting people to react.
10.person
teacher: " i think it's a very serious problem. And i try to do as much as I can to reduce CO2 emissions ( I don't own a car). But because I have friends in the US I want to see them and so I have to fly there. The consequences are that I'm worried about the future of the Alps."
our comment: To have no car it's a good advancement.

c) - There is a lot written about victims and the impact of climate change in the newspapers but more could be written directly about climate change and solutions for climate change.
d) Now it`s also raining in desert town!! It was impressiv for us because it`s very special when it rains in desert town. And nevertheless we don`t realize how dreadful it really is. And what we have to do against.
d) One day we will go under in our own dirt!
a.) anger: I think of all the people who cut down the rainforest, throwing exhaust fumes into the air and wasting energy.
Responsibility: Everyone has responsibility to do something about climate change. This concerns everybody.
Hope: As long as there is a group of people, even if it still so small, there is hope of changing the climate and contributing ro a better enviroment.
Indifference: Many people are indifferent with regard to this issue because they are not affected. However, they do not think of their children who have to suffer from their parents' mstakes.
b.) Our strongest feeling is anger, because we have to see how other people are recklessly destroying the earth, and we lern a lot from the climate change and how we can fight against it, while we are trying with our project to help preserve the earth in front of a climate catastrophe.

No there is not really a program that teaches young people about climate change. But there are organizations in which you can do something for nature and so also for the environment. In school, it is a current topic of conversation.
I would introduce car-free Sundays, in which public transport, ambulances, police cars and fire engines are alowed to circulate. This project already existed a long time ago, it was unfortunately abandoned. Or who consumes too much electricity / waste shall pay a fine for exceeding a limit.
a) It would be completly different and we would earlier do somthing against the climate
change. The whole world would have less cars to reduce the CO2 production. We know that
we have to handle carefully with our livingplace.
b) We learnt almost only bad things of the past (industrialization, invented cars, companys...) Today we have to protect the earth because they didn't do this in the past.
In former times we didn't think that it could be one time so worse.
a) less school ;), to know that we will have a save future. To protect plants and to do something to heal the whole world.
b) No we don't think so, Sometimes we can choose our prospects but in the problem with the
climate change its very difficult to change something because its propably already too late...
c)
a) The biggest part of our class enjoy if we have our short summer. Then we do things like go swimming or only being at our wonderful lakes. At the weekends we like going out, for example at the cinema and at a party or only meet our friends.
b) In Switzerland the summer is ver very short so we never have enough time to do things like that. For making partys at the weekend we have a lot of pssibilities all the year! That`s great!!
Now it’s your turn to compile the questions 12 until 16. Carefully consider the best way of posing questions in order to gain the best possible insight into the everyday views and lifestyle of society around you, and what is changing.
The air wouldn't be clean and we wouldn't have enough fresh air to breathe.
Ecosystems will be destruct and a lot of animals will die out.
1. Chocolate, the U17 Football World-championship winners, cheese fondue, clocks and an efficient public transportation system.
2. The colors represent Christianity, protection, neutrality and peace.
There are many music preferences. The most young people and the people from our class like to listen to housemusic, electro, minimal... Pop, Rock and Hiphop do also like many people. We don't like our traditional swissmusic played by accordeon and people jodeling...
But we like swiss singers or rappers.
We give you some examples so you can go watching on youtube.

a) Our favourite place is the lake near our school. We like to eat near it in summer. Its atmosphere is very peaceful. It’s also nice to swim in the cold water when it’s hot. There are always interesting people near the lake. In PE we can paddle on a body board. The „Bielersee“ is the most beautiful lake in Switzerland. It has a special form, not a normal oval. On its borders there are beautiful vineyards.
b) We chose Roger Federer, a Tennis Star. We love him because he is very kind with his enemies, and he isn’t angy when he loses, Roger is fair and kind. He is also the only real sport star in our country. In football for example we are not successful. That’s why we are so proud of him. He has a clean private life, and nothing to hide. He is a good husband and father.
a) In our class we can see many situations where people help each other. If someone has problems in school, somebody always explains him/her what he/she doesn’t understand.
b) If we don’t work together to protect the earth, nothing will change. I think we shouldn’t accuse the people destroying the forest, because we aren’t clean either. For example, we should drive much less by car.
Once again, it’s your turn to present the questions 19 until 23: Compile 5 additional questions, suitable for people in your partner class to use, for example, in an interview with people on the street or people they know. Questions you really want to learn more about in order to get a good overall picture of the situation in your partner class.
We like clothes made from famous brands. For example Nike, Adidas, Vans and DC. There are also some cheap clothes shops, which are very popular. I think cool clothes aren't made by fair-trade brands like switcher. We know that we shouldn't buy clothes made in China, because the workers there are treated very badly. But if they look good and are cheap it is difficult to resist. Even if they are very bad quality.
We have a really good system for the solid wastes in Switzerland I think. We can put it outside our house and then a big truck will come and take all the waste of the town. Then they bring it to a big factory where it is burnt. This factory has a very strong filter to protect the air.
For recyclable waste like glass or pet we have another colletcting post where we bring the waste ourselves.

nothing stops us but we often don`t think about it or forget to pay attention to it.and sometimes we only want to have fun and don`t respect all the points for saving our world.
we could heating houses with climate- friendly materials. and don`t waste energy (heat)- so don`t open the windows too long in winter.
try not to use too much the cars and aereoplanes- more going by bike or by train (walking)
and pay attention to what we buy- support climate labels! -> not buying fish which is threatened by overfishing.
think of it!!
