ups..it wasn't intention to post an empty answer:) so i'll give my answer to this question here in this comment. on my opinion we should stop with this talk and stop to complain about this problem. cause it really is a problem. does it help us always being confrontet with statistics and forecasts what will happen if we don't change something. it hasn't changed nothing till now so why should it change in the future? i think most of the people are selfisch and think..oh if i'm the only one using three cars it doesn't matter..and i'm sure more than one person are thinking like this. and that's the reason this didn't changed..i really don't have any idea how to show the population that they have to change..maybe the population have to find it out by themself.."on the own skin"..i think that's a way which can make people change..hope it won't be late then.
