			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p class="bodytext">Hi All, As we eager waiting to hear what will happen after the Copenhagen meeting&nbsp;we have a proposal to those who will be attending the meetings. &nbsp;By the way is there anyone among the Hot Stuff family attending the conference? &nbsp; I think it now the time to invest&nbsp;more in&nbsp;educating people especially rural communities, because climate change is still a new phenomena to people in rural areas and&nbsp;more climate&nbsp;education is&nbsp;needed and governments have to invest on this. Keep up the good work!&nbsp;&nbsp; </p>]]></content:encoded>
