03. The topic of climate change arouses a number of strong emotions in people.

a) Write down your emotional feelings for the words “anger, responsibility, hope and indifference” in connection with the topic of climate change.

b) Which kind of emotion do you feel most strongly in connection with the topic of climate change? (This does not have to be one of the four mentioned above). Explain the reasons why.

a) We often get angry when we hear these words. One reason is because we are responsible for this major problem, but not everybody understands it.

b) The anger is due to everyone knows that the problem exists, but nobody takes on the responsibility to solve this problem. On the other hand, the responsibility of few people generates hope to counteract this huge damage.

We are the main damagers and also victims of this problem. That’s why we have to act on it. We have the commitment to fight against it because if this damage is expanding more and more human beings and all kinds of lives will be affected. That is our emotion-provoqued answer

There is something we can do!!!!!!!!!Reaching a deal on climate change in Copenhagen will depend not only on political negotiations but also on public support. To galvanize support globally towards this goal, the world is invited to unite to combat climate change by signing the Climate Petition.
