a) Imagine it would be possible to turn back the clock a hundred years. What do you think we would do differently?

 

b) We are naturally not able to turn the clock back, but we can learn from the past. What kind of information does the past reveal?

 

 

Answer:

a) I think we would not be able to control climatic changes since two hundred years ago many people had no knowledge about climate change and it would have been difficult for them to tackle changes in climate

b) The past information reveals that many people were not aware of climate change because they had no knowledge about climate change.

Maybe it would be interesting to figure what we would have done differently a hundred years ago with the necessery knowledge about climate change... even though this is a virtual thought experiment, it can inspire action taking today.
