a) In our newspapers the get-together in Washington is mentioned. Agents from all over the world will talk about the climate. In the center of the discussion is the reduction of the greenhouse gases.
b) They want to extend the validity of the Kyoto pact and have the promise that the USA and China enter in to the pact which means, that they give the best to reduce the greenhouse gases.
c) It’s a problem which is always in the newspapers but often there are local events which are more in front.

@ answer c): I think newspapers here could definitely write more directly about climate change, and not just about politicians who talk about it...
