09. Looking back and thinking ahead

Asked by: Mbezi Beach Secondary School | Kantonsschule Alpenquai

a) Imagine it would be possible to turn back the clock a hundred years. What do you think we would do differently?

b) We are naturally not able to turn the clock back, but we can learn from the past. What kind of information does the past reveal?

a) We would search earlier for ideas against the climate change and give a lot of information to the people. We would protect the rainforest. We wouldn't let the sewage into the sea.

b)  They didn't care about the environment. We must look after our world, otherwise it is as our livingroom was ruined. Peopel should more think about what they do.

First I think this is a good idea, but you have to hurry because my familiy and me we just live on a small ice floe and when it's getting warmer we won't have a place to live. And seriously the water is very very cold. So help us. Farvel
