In conclusion we can affirm that this problem of the " global warming " this one affecting all the live beings who live inhabit in our planet. At present already the consequences are seen, such as droughts, floods, etc.

Many people in our community don't know many things about what climate change is, but have seen and/or heard about it's consequences. For example, in our city it is very common to experience air pollution in our streets. Also littering is a very big problem. You may think that we are talking about few paper strips in one avenue, but the true is that there are big amounts, like small dunes, of trash. Some places las Abancay or Caquetá Avenue have this problem.

Another thing people brought in mind is water pollution. They all had in mind Rimac river, wich goes through our city. This river has its beginning nearby the Andes, but as it get closer to the city, it gets more polluted, mainly because of house wastes (cleaning chemicals, plastic bag, remains of food, dead animals, etc.). It's such a shame to have this river like this. And it's not bein treated because it passes through some poor districts and they don't have enough bufget for this. Still, some people think that the ministry of environment should take care of it.

We live every day the consequences of this problems. People that live in the slums located by the river have diseases... which are increased because of the poverty they live in. Also, the smell garbage generates is awful, it brings many insects (like flies) to the aire and is a risk for food sellinf (for example, Caquetá Avenue has one of the biggest food selling markets in Lima).

• Increase of the temperature in the Antártida.

• Increase of “the died” oceanic zones

• Reduction of reefs.

• Alteration of coastal currents in Peru and Colombia.

• Greater precipitations in the north of Peru and less to the South.

• Increase in the dryness in the south of Peru.

• The consequences of defrosting in the cities.

b) What solutions have proposed?

• To consume less energy between 6:00 p.m. and 11.00pm.

• To diminish the use of spas and plates.

• To use saving centers instead of common centers.

• To use the natural light.

• Renovation of the cars.

• Campaign “the Hour of the Planet”

c) What priority have these reports about climate change been given in the newspapers in your country?

It seems to us that generally she is enough, because normally there are articles no related to the climatic change that appear in first flat one or are finally being from importance for the readers. The articles on the climatic change already are in little himself, being more difficult to find in a newspaper.

In addition these articles usually are small and they put in secondary sections of the newspaper like the news articles, single that these last ones usually are more extensive, as it were it the case of the warning on “the Hour of the Planet”.

d) What holder called your attention and impressed more to you? So that?

It made an impression to us plus a holder who said “climatic Change will increase to the oceanic zones deads, according to study”, because it makes us think that the most serious effects of the climatic change already are close and that the planet is dying “literally” at the moment.

e) What holder you would give him to an article on the climatic change in your country?

“Climatic Change, hour of change”

a) We often get angry when we hear these words. One reason is because we are responsible for this major problem, but not everybody understands it.

b) The anger is due to everyone knows that the problem exists, but nobody takes on the responsibility to solve this problem. On the other hand, the responsibility of few people generates hope to counteract this huge damage.

We are the main damagers and also victims of this problem. That’s why we have to act on it. We have the commitment to fight against it because if this damage is expanding more and more human beings and all kinds of lives will be affected. That is our emotion-provoqued answer

That, thanks God, it is becoming a wider and more talked about subject. More politicians, institutions and common people seem to care about this. Nevertheless, it is yet not enough.

If I had a newspaper I'd like to post as headline "Drop the habit -stop polluting!". Sometimes direct adressing, even thought might be a bit rude, is the only way we have to speak up our minds and explain our message. What we need now is direct action, no more slow motion capture!

It disapoint us that sometimes even our own parents, or elders, are the first to be responsbale of polluting the city. As a young generation, we have to spread the world. It has never been more important for us to be the main actors of change. Because we are inheriting this world, we have to take care of it, because we love it and it's our home. The place where we construct diferent types of relationships, where we raise our families, built our houses... how can we think about the future when there's no certainty of having a simple place to live in the future? Why making some plans about our future lives, if they are going to be threatened by environmental changes WE maximized?

It's time to take action. It's our time.

There are many, many ways to carry this out.What we think is the best for now is WALKING. Just stop driving your car unnecesarily. Is because of transport that most of CO2 emissions are due. If the place you live is not nearby the place you want to reach, then take a bike. And if it is neccessary drive your car but take others in it, so they don't have to take another car. Use bus instead of driving, if you can.

Well, here in Peru, there many many buses, sometimes it's caothic. There are some small buses, but very small ones, called "combi" and in one of the most common ways to travel in the city. But the problem is that buses here are a bit old, and they pollute a lot. Perhaps one good way would be to renew them and give credit to this small travel enterprises to buy new ecoeficient cars.

The truth is that right now there are more actions done than in previous years. Let's talk about the 80's, for example, there weren't many things. All where political causes. But it was fine, the final result of a hard political era was the destruction of Berlin wall. This era belongs to environmental changes and the fight to prorect earth. Which will be the ending? Hopefully, one similar like the Berlin wall falling.

In our country, the creation of the ministry of environment was a huge step. As we have many diferent climate conditions, biodiversity, etc. it was needed long time ago. There is also a spread of ecological NGO that deal with issues such as improving the use of all things we buy (giving them different uses), protecting animals, forests, glaciers, water resources, etc.

But perhaps a key issue where we could directly act is in spreading the word about how to optimize our energy use and not use use it unproperlu¡y. Saying how to contaminate less.

Some institutions and people are doing things... but perhaps the message has not reached everyone yet.

We think there are many HUGE climate change influences, but in our country the most visible ones are glacier melting, season changing and natural disasters (for example, like those generated by El Niño Phenomena).

This problems can be solved scientifically speaking, but htere are many creative solutions. For example, NGO Glaciares del Peru has proposed to the UN to paint all glaciers white. Unbeleivable but true! Why? Because they say that i nthat way you will maintain the natural speed of ice melting (not the speeded-up one caused by climate change). A Peru is the third most endangered country because of climate change, this action can prevent many floods and the running out of water supplies.

Usually walk. The distance between school and ou houses is not big, so we can walk. Someitmes parents don't want us to do so because streets could be dangerous, but we try to walk as much as we can. We think that is the simplest way to handle with our carbon print and it can be done anywhere by anyone.

Also, at our school we have different trash cans (for organics, plastic, batteries and paper). Then trash is given to small recycling organizations, they re-use it. Sometimes we re-work the paper, mean, we select wich ones can be re-used and which ones can be recycled. Perhaps you can do it too!
